At MMD Events, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, causing plans to change. Our ticket refund policy is designed to be fair and accommodating to our valued customers while maintaining our commitment to providing unforgettable experiences. Please read the following policy to better understand our terms and conditions.
- Refund Requests
If you wish to request a refund, please contact our customer support team at bookings@mmdevents.co.uk as soon as possible. Refund requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event.
- Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be granted under the following circumstances:
a) The event is cancelled by MMD Events. b) The event is rescheduled, and you are unable to attend the new date. c) You have a personal or family emergency (documentation may be required).
Please note that refunds will not be issued for any other reasons, including, but not limited to, dissatisfaction with the event or change of mind.
- Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within [number of days] business days after the refund request has been approved. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Deposit Refunds
Please note that deposits for party bookings are non-refundable. However, if MMD Events is unable to perform due to illness (including Covid-19), we will make every effort to find an alternative solution. If no suitable alternative can be arranged, a full refund, including the deposit, will be issued.
- Refund Exceptions
MMD Events reserves the right to make exceptions to this refund policy on a case-by-case basis. Any exception will be made solely at the discretion of MMD Events management.
