- Recruitment and Training
a) All MMD Events staff and volunteers undergo a thorough vetting process, including background checks, criminal record checks (DBS), and reference checks. b) All staff and volunteers receive safeguarding training to ensure they understand their role in promoting and maintaining a safe environment. c) Staff and volunteers are provided with ongoing support and supervision to maintain the highest standards of safeguarding.
